FTRDC Christmas Party 09

Unlike the parties we had for the previous years, our sales force no longer performs our own group presentation. Most of the eager performers are already gone. Thus, we're left to looking for non-sales force performers to do a presentation to represent our group. Just like what the other groups have been doing.

But whether we ourselves or guest performers do the presentation, we still get the top prize. For this year, we've got a pretty awesome one from our own sales officer's boys. Alex's sons did some pretty wicked dance moves which surely awed everyone on the social hall. And they got pretty wicked costumes, too.

Farmville - A Brainiac Addiction

When I was a little boy, there wasw not a single day that I did not touch my family computer; and until high school I played playstation. The playstation during that time was yet unlike the portable playstation we see nowadays carried everywhere by young and old-alike. I thnk the last time I remembered myself holding a joystick was during my junior year in high school. You'll rarely even see me playing dota.

Until last week, friday, I never thought I would ever be addicted again to any computer game. But lo and behold! The computer gamer imprisoned for more than a decade within my bodily systems is once again unleashed from the abyssmal dungeon.  After several months of neglection, I finally succumbed to the overwhelming game requests I received in my facebook.

And...dandananaaaaaan....
I am the emerging farmville king - a certified farmvillaholic. Tonight, at 7PM, I celebrated my 1st farmville weeksary (Hahaha! More LOL!) In just one short week, I've managed to attain farmville's 21st level (beat that!) And, hopefully, following my exact game plan. I'll attain the 40th level in the night of my 2nd weeksary (wanna bet on it?)

To all farmvillaholics, enjoy farming. You all are amazing farmers. Watch out for my farmville tips blog coming very soon!

Needing Inspiration Through DVDs

I'm already in the office as I am writing this entry which is pretty rare since I'm usually in the office in the afternoon. But I decided to come in early.

Well, the real reason why I'm early is because I haven't slept all night long. I had a quite lengthy conversation with a new friend over the phone and I watched DVDs afterwards.

I had been meaning to watch feel good flicks with inspiring lessons to boost up vigor in me. I had been too stressed out of work trying to achieve my goal; and I had forgotten how to manage tension. And it was right that I did watch movies. Now I'm ready to take it easy.

Have a great weekend ahead of you, guys!

On Top Of the Tallest Condo Tower Outside Manila

This week marks a very significant period in my real estate career because of the events that has just took place.

Firstly, we celebrated the very first topping off ceremony of the very first condominium tower J. King & Sons has ever built. We went all the way up to the roof deck of the tower where the ceremony was held. We had to walk-through the maze-like lifeless structure, climb several perilous staircases and ride into a temporary elevator that was being held by just a single lever only. But man, the sights greeted us upon reaching the top was priceless. I've never photographed in my mind how beautiful the mountains abound Cebu are. And the sight of the bodies of water encircling my tenuous island was simply marvelous. While I was long convinced of the beauty of the island, that experience surpassed the surreal imageries in my upper works - the sceneries were steadfastly veridical. The fright

Secondly, I unexpectedly got my very first recruit to become a sales partner in our sales force. Impressively, she joined in her own self-determination to augment here living. She just broke up with here domestic partner; and she wants to raise their child in her own perseverance. People like here ,having that mindset, usually go in places. So, I must say she's a perfect recruit.

Lastly, I have finally completed the necessary engines I needed to jumpstart my online marketing smooth and academic. Now I'm ready to go full blast on my real estate career.

Bro Keeps On Jingling In My Head

Eversince I've seen and heard this year's ABS-CBN Christmas station ID, the hymn has triumphantly inhabited my upper story.

It's the first thing that comes to mind when I groggily rise up from my cot. My upper works melodiously pops up the notes piece-by-piece while on the wheels. Youtube gets the first URL visit as soon as I launch my office desktop, buffering the Christmas video. And, even when I retire to my blanket and pillows, it still claims my cerebrum. Now this is a serious case of LSS ( Last Song Syndrome).

By the way, this is my third post regarding this song. The first two were posted on my iBlog reviewer and showbiz ako blogs.

Internet Saga - Preparing To Conquer The Netizens

So this is what I've been doing for more than a month now (gawking in front of the computer), scrutinizing the web and tweaking blogs and websites. And up until now, relentless scrutinizing and tweaking is done. I need this to prepare myself for a successful internet marketing but this seems forever. I've already set up my timetable but it seems like a lot of things still need to be finalized. Urggghhh!!! I really have to finish all these this week. Or else, I'll be in a rut doing this in a perpertual web saga.
