This week marks a very significant period in my real estate career because of the events that has just took place.
Firstly, we celebrated the very first topping off ceremony of the very first condominium tower J. King & Sons has ever built. We went all the way up to the roof deck of the tower where the ceremony was held. We had to walk-through the maze-like lifeless structure, climb several perilous staircases and ride into a temporary elevator that was being held by just a single lever only. But man, the sights greeted us upon reaching the top was priceless. I've never photographed in my mind how beautiful the mountains abound Cebu are. And the sight of the bodies of water encircling my tenuous island was simply marvelous. While I was long convinced of the beauty of the island, that experience surpassed the surreal imageries in my upper works - the sceneries were steadfastly veridical. The fright
Secondly, I unexpectedly got my very first recruit to become a sales partner in our sales force. Impressively, she joined in her own self-determination to augment here living. She just broke up with here domestic partner; and she wants to raise their child in her own perseverance. People like here ,having that mindset, usually go in places. So, I must say she's a perfect recruit.
Lastly, I have finally completed the necessary engines I needed to jumpstart my online marketing smooth and academic. Now I'm ready to go full blast on my real estate career.

Bro Keeps On Jingling In My Head
Eversince I've seen and heard this year's ABS-CBN Christmas station ID, the hymn has triumphantly inhabited my upper story.
It's the first thing that comes to mind when I groggily rise up from my cot. My upper works melodiously pops up the notes piece-by-piece while on the wheels. Youtube gets the first URL visit as soon as I launch my office desktop, buffering the Christmas video. And, even when I retire to my blanket and pillows, it still claims my cerebrum. Now this is a serious case of LSS ( Last Song Syndrome).
By the way, this is my third post regarding this song. The first two were posted on my iBlog reviewer and showbiz ako blogs.

Internet Saga - Preparing To Conquer The Netizens
So this is what I've been doing for more than a month now (gawking in front of the computer), scrutinizing the web and tweaking blogs and websites. And up until now, relentless scrutinizing and tweaking is done. I need this to prepare myself for a successful internet marketing but this seems forever. I've already set up my timetable but it seems like a lot of things still need to be finalized. Urggghhh!!! I really have to finish all these this week. Or else, I'll be in a rut doing this in a perpertual web saga.

Sing It
I just can’t believe that for nearly five years I’ve set aside music from my personality. I let myself become preoccupied with nothing else but work and television.
Scouring, copying and memorizing songs seemed so tedious. Even learning them became very trivial. Listening to them has been enough for me. Of course, there are a few moments when I spend a little effort on learning a particular song when I really like it. So, I guess I cannot really pronounce a sheer abandonment of my attention to music. Matter of fact, I’m a little updated with OPM hits.
But you know what? When you’re a music lover, you’ll remain to be one in a lifetime. Now, I’m gonna browse all the lyrics of the songs I like in the internet and learn to sing them all. Honestly, my mood is more relaxed and gay when I listen and sing songs. My cluttered mind organizes and forms a positive perspective.
Now this should be part of my 2007 resolutions.

exotic voracious devouring
Oh the smell of it!! Mmmmm…..I just can’t help myself but devour it incessantly! I just loooooooove chicken skin!!! For some out there who hates chicken skin, i don’t mind. But don’t stop me from eating it. I don’t care about the cholesterol and carcinogen, if I’ll die of cancer then i’ll die of cancer. I just looove that chicken skin barbecued in Legazpi Street they have the best tasting and biggest chicken skin I’ve ever eaten. Plus all their barbecues are palatable, way way palatable than those in Lartian.
And why am I blogging it? Nothin’…. Just wanna express my cravin’ for chicken skin through writing… LOL
